HRM Services is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to preserve the condition and functionality of affordable housing properties. The role requires autonomy, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Starting pay is $18 per hour with a Monday–Friday 8-hour schedule.
