Job Details
- Location: Spokane Valley, WA 99212 - Serving Spokane County and lower Stevens County; convenient access to parks, outdoor recreation, and local arts.
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,150 - $2,310 per week
- Assignment Length: 13-week travel contract (Travel OT job)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour day shifts)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Setting: Hospital / Home Health (hospital OT, home health OT)
- Start Date: March 23, 2026
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the state of Washington (WA)
- Minimum 1 year of home health OT experience within the past 3 years
- Familiarity with HCHB EMR preferred (electronic clinical documentation experience)
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload across hospital and home settings
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in hospital and home health environments
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and independence
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and adaptive strategies to support patient function
- Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress accurately in EMR systems (HCHB preferred)
- Collaborate with nurses, PTs, case managers, and other interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Manage scheduling and caseload priorities while maintaining patient-centered outcomes
- Travel within Spokane County and lower Stevens County as needed for home health visits
