Requirements Licensed dental hygienist (Registered Dental Hygienist in Connecticut). Proven ability to work as a team player and assist in various areas of the office as needed. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on gentle, patient‑centered care. Experience or willingness to handle light administrative/front‑desk tasks and clinical cleanup. Job Description Perform thorough dental cleanings, exams, and periodontal treatments to ensure optimal patient oral health. Provide compassionate care and personalized education to patients regarding hygiene techniques and post‑treatment maintenance. Assist with clinical cleanup and light front‑desk duties in a "chip‑in" culture when the schedule allows.
