What You'll Do

• Perform specialized cardiac, vascular, and electrophysiology studies in the cath lab.
• Serve as a lead technologist and resource for medical staff, ensuring optimal workflow.
• Collaborate with intra-procedure teams to deliver safe, effective patient care.
• Assist with patient preparation, room setup, and equipment calibration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment, ensuring operational readiness.
• Follow all safety protocols, including Universal Protocol and site marking procedures.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in cardiovascular technology through continuing education.
• Adhere to applicable regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.

What You Need

Required:

• Current Texas license or similar state licensure in radiologic technology or cardiovascular technology
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a cath lab or cardiovascular setting

Preferred:

• Certification in cardiovascular technology or registry
• Experience with electrophysiology procedures
• Familiarity with specialized equipment maintenance
