Customer Service Representative - E-commerce (Miramar Rd Area) The E‑Commerce Customer Service Representative responsibility is an active, hands‑on, in‑house e‑commerce marketing position focused on maximizing sales and efficiency on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. High end e‑commerce tools are available to leverage productivity, simplify the process and increase productivity. This helps provide a great opportunity for job satisfaction and accomplishment, and helps our Team grow. Responsibilities Monitoring, managing and responding to customer emails, chats and questions. Researching and strategizing to maximize online competitiveness Managing marketplace returns. Optimizing online settings to maximize marketplace sales Various projects as assigned Qualifications Seller Central experience with marketplace sales and content optimizing preferred. Professional, hard working, organized, team oriented, nice, and eager to learn High skill level with Excel spreadsheets High computer literacy and comfortable working with new programs Strong problem solving ability Detail oriented, multi-tasker Fast learner, proactive, self starter Excellent verbal and written skills Analytical thinker Able to type 40+ wpm Must be reliable, energetic & organized Good with multitasking Detail oriented Reliable, punctual, and a genuinely nice person About Us Home Controls is a nationwide stocking distributor providing cutting‑edge technology products that allow a home to be more comfortable, convenient, secure and energy efficient since 1989.
