The Project Superintendent collaborates closely with the project management team to craft and execute a comprehensive plan for project completion. Responsibilities span:- Identifying lead times, potential challenges, and safety considerations,
- Ensuring compliance with jobsite protocols and safety standards, and
- Coordinating effectively with stakeholders such as owners, architects, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors.
- Based in Southern California.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction with a general contractor.
- A keen eye for quality.
- Stellar safety record.
- Hospitality, high density multi-family unit, or commercial project background.

- Compensation and Benefits . We offer a generous salary package including base salary, bonus, auto allowance, and fuel reimbursement. The salary range for this position, depending on experience, is $93,500 to $165,000.
