Job Requirements:

Board: BC

Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)

DEA: Yes

Certifications: BLS

Experience: Lymphoma and cell therapy experience preferred

Other Qualifications: Epic EMR proficiency

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide full-time hematology and oncology care in outpatient clinic setting.

Manage established hematology/oncology patients during scheduled clinic hours.

Participate in weeknight beeper call rotation (1-2 nights per week) for clinic patients.

Participate in shared weekend 24-hour beeper call pool for oncology inpatients.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology team of 15-20 providers to ensure continuity of care.
