Job Summary

The client is seeking a Software Engineer II to support development of the Bladder AI Genius Digital Diagnostics product. The team is currently in project planning and expects implementation activities by year-end. The resource will assist with upcoming software releases. The candidate must be comfortable working onsite 4 days per week in Marlborough, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications.
• Supports and/or installs software applications and/or operating systems.
• Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software.
• Performs a variety of tasks; works under general supervision and typically reports to a manager.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Required Skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated full-stack application development experience.
• Strong experience with React.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET.
• Strong experience with MSSQL.
• Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software features throughout the SDLC.
• Experience with code reviews and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, GitHub, and JIRA.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Preferred Skills

• Medical device software experience.
• Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Python or PowerShell.
• Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, Microservices.
• AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Education Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
