We are looking for a motivated Residential New Construction Lead Installer to join our installation team at R&R Heating. This position is designed for driven professionals who are eager to spearhead residential projects, run an efficient field crew, and shape the comfort of new homes. You will work with builders, superintendents, and teammates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complete HVAC system installations (ductwork, equipment, venting, line sets, etc.)
• Lead, train, and mentor installation crews
• Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and builder specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Conduct quality checks to ensure systems meet company and code standards
• Manage materials, jobsite cleanliness, and tool accountability
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate progress to supervisors
• Uphold R&R’s reputation through excellent workmanship and customer interaction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential new construction required)
• Washington and Idaho Electrical Trainee Card
• Valid EPA Certification
• Gas Mech 1
• Ability to lead and train a crew of installers and apprentices
• Proficiency with HVAC system layouts, ductwork, and mechanical drawings
• Strong communication skills and jobsite leadership presence
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs, work on ladders, rooftops, and crawl spaces
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug test

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Nate Certification
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Washington O6A Electrical License
• Idaho Journeyman
• Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Procore knowledge
