The Field Supervisor leads and manages multiple small teams to support customer retention through effective supervision and hands-on leadership. This role involves occasional travel, utilizing CRM software and mobile sales tools to ensure team success and maintain strong client relationships. The Field Supervisor focuses on customer support, complaint resolution, and building client rapport while facilitating a productive and adaptable working environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple small teams in field operations
• Ensure excellent customer support and timely complaint resolution
• Build and maintain strong client rapport to drive customer retention
• Utilize CRM software and mobile tools to manage team performance
• Coordinate occasional travel to support field teams and customer needs
• Monitor team progress and report on operational metrics
• Support communication and collaboration across teams
• Adapt to changing field conditions and customer requirements

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing field supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong negotiation and time management skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated adaptability and self-motivation
