Financial Analyst

Position Summary: Supports financial planning, reporting, analysis, and decision-making across the company. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with the CFO, Controller, business line leaders, and teams throughout the organization to turn financial and operational data into meaningful insights. This opportunity offers broad exposure to budgeting, forecasting, strategic initiatives, capital investments, acquisitions, and day-to-day business operations - along with meaningful opportunities to grow within the finance organization. This position will work on-site at the corporate office in Aurora, NE. This is an internal only opportunity and applications will be accepted through 9/23/26 at 5pm CT. What You'll Do Plan and forecast: Help develop annual budgets, periodic forecasts, long-range plans, cash flow forecasts, and financial models. Analyze performance: Evaluate financial and operational results, identify trends and business drivers, and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance. Deliver actionable reporting: Prepare accurate, timely management reports; maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools; and translate data into clear insights. Partner with the business: Support leaders with analysis of products, services, pricing, profitability, operational initiatives, and ad hoc decisions. Evaluate investments and growth opportunities: Build ROI, payback, NPV, and other analyses for capital investments, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and corporate development opportunities. Support accounting and compliance: Assist with account analysis, reconciliations, audits, tax reviews, regulatory examinations, telecommunications-related reporting, and internal controls. Improve processes: Identify opportunities to strengthen data quality, reporting, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional efficiency. What You'll Bring Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, or CPA) or equivalent work experience. At least three years of experience in a financial role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with enterprise-level financial and payroll reporting systems. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, fiscal planning, and financial analysis. Ability to analyze accounting records and prepare accurate, complete financial reports. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A results-oriented approach with strong strategic thinking and planning skills. A valid driver’s license and the ability and willingness to travel independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
