Client Service Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in client relations and finance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and financial advisors, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and timely responses. Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and investment products. Support financial advisors by preparing client reports, presentations, and documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to compliance standards. Monitor and follow up on client requests and account activity, escalating issues as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support. Qualifications Must possess a valid Series 65/66 license Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in client service or financial services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Benefits Competitive salary and bonus. 65k-85k Full benefits.
