Position Highlights Flexible scheduling available Monday Sunday No nights or weekend requirements Hours: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Average of 6 9 patient visits per day Ongoing coverage need Opportunities available in and around: Bridgeport Hartford New London Responsibilities Providers will conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.
