Licensed Practical Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

This is a 13-week contract position. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will play a vital role in the recovery of patients who have experienced the debilitating effects of severe injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs.
Assist in daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Schedule

The position offers a night shift from 18:45 to 07:15 with guaranteed weekly hours of 36.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current LPN licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in rehabilitation care is preferred but not required.
