Your day to day as a Caregiver FloaterAs a Full-Time Caregiver Floater at Healthcare Plus, you will have the thrilling opportunity to care for a diverse range of clients each day, providing routine care and personalized assistance. Your role will take you to various locations across different areas of Illinois, offering a dynamic and ever-changing work environment. Are you the Caregiver Floater we're looking for?To excel as a Full-Time Caregiver Floater at Healthcare Plus, you should possess a compassionate and nurturing nature, coupled with a keen ability to support individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients, while adaptability and a willingness to work in various locations across Illinois are key.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Support individuals with disabilities in daily activities/routine care
- Bilingual skills
- Driving is required (Own Vehicle)
- Willing to travel through the state of Illinois
- Mileage Pay
