Front Desk Fitness Representative
Be the Face of Recess Fitness Club!

As a Front Desk Fitness Representative , you'll be the first and last impression our members have each day. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping every member feel at home.

Hospitality and mindfulness are at the heart of everything we do. We believe every member should feel seen, welcomed, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. Available Shifts

We are hiring team members with availability for a variety of shifts.

Monday – Friday

• 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• 4:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Weekends

• 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Availability Requirements

• Minimum of 3 shifts/15hrs per week
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Professional, clean, and polished appearance

Preferred Experience (Bonus)

• Previous fitness club or gym front desk experience
• Membership or retail sales experience
• Hospitality or customer service background
