Personal Lines Account Executive

Admiral Insurance Brokerage Corp is currently seeking an experienced Personal Lines Associate Account Executive to join our team in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, NY. Job Summary: Admiral Insurance Brokerage is seeking a full-time Personal Lines Associate Account Executive for our personal lines department to grow and serve our customers. We are looking for an organized, solutions-oriented, and customer-focused person who wants the opportunity to grow and challenge themselves in a fast-paced industry. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing endorsements, accords, applications, and claims
• Quote new business, rewrites and renewals on multiple platforms for varies states
• Review clients existing accounts for coverage recommendations
• Handling direct and agency billed annual renewals
• Partake in weekly team meetings and monthly department meetings
• Ensure high levels of customers service interactions
• Present and explain insurance policies, including coverage details, terms, and conditions.
• Ensure customers have the right coverages while identifying and resolving customer conflicts
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance standards

Education and experience: NY property and casualty license Individuals with a proven track record in exceptional customer service is required Candidates must have exceptional communication skills both orally and written Ability to successfully manage multiple requests from clients and management with a positive attitude Experience using Microsoft Office 365, including OneDrive, with a need to be highly organized when using Outlook Candidates must be willing to go the extra mile to provide a level of customer service that exceeds industry standards and results in every customer feeling like family Compensation and Benefits:

• The salary range for this position is $40,000-$70,000 a year.
