Optometrist – Full-Time or Part-Time – Minnesota

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Optometrist in Minnesota to join a respected, patient-focused independent practice known for delivering exceptional, personalized eye care.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment alongside an experienced Optometrist and a visiting Ophthalmologist who provides surgical care and follow-up services. The practice offers comprehensive, coordinated eye care in a modern setting with advanced diagnostic technology and strong support staff.

Position Highlights:

\tFull-time Monday–Friday or part-time (3–4 days per week)
\tEstablished patient base with a full schedule
\tFull-scope optometry (medical + routine care)
\tCollaborative OD/MD setting

Responsibilities:

\tPerform comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
\tDiagnose and manage ocular conditions (glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye, etc.)
\tPrescribe corrective lenses and collaborate with optical staff
\tBuild strong patient relationships through clear communication and quality care
\tMaintain accurate documentation and clinical standards

Requirements:
