Case available: LitiZ: Monday thru Friday 8-10h flexible; Saturday & Sunday days/afternoon Lancaster: Friday 9p-7a and Saturday 11p-7a Leola: Monday thru Friday 7a-3p (female staff only) Ephrata: Monday thru Friday 730a-330p (female staff only) Columbia: Monday thru Friday 8a-3:30p What you'll do: Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care. Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.
