Job Title: Property Manager (Temporary)
Location: Visalia, CA (Onsite - Goshen Area)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $27 - $28 /hr DOE and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position Overview

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a property management organization to hire a Property Manager to support a residential community in the Visalia/Goshen area. This role is more customer-facing and administrative in nature, with a strong focus on resident interaction, office coordination, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. It's a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet applicants and residents, providing a professional and welcoming experience
• Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries
• Support leasing-related activities including renewals and unit backfill as needed
• Collect and organize required documentation from residents and applicants
• Maintain accurate and organized records and files
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with maintenance and internal teams to support property needs
• Help de-escalate resident concerns and maintain a positive community environment

Qualifications

• Experience in an office, administrative, customer service, or property management setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Yardi or similar systems is a plus, but not required
• Leasing or property management experience is a plus

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
