Location: Spring, TX 77380
Pay Rate: $15 to $24/ hour DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse / Inventory Specialist.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, and optimizing the supply chain process. This position requires strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of materials management and warehouse operations.
Duties

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Implement effective materials handling procedures to enhance efficiency in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between inventory levels and customer demand.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and sales.
• Assist in developing strategies for inventory reduction while maintaining service levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory control or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in analytics tools.
• Knowledge of materials management principles and warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with stock procurement processes and materials handling techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Organize and store inventory in the appropriate locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain an accurate inventory by conducting regular stock checks and updating records.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
