Dolphin International Transportation Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about sales. Job Highlights Qualifications Sales experience is not necessary, working experience preferably 3-5 years Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work Authorization (Required) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Candidates who are Bilingual are a plus; with languages such as Mandarin, Korean, Spanish, etc. Benefits Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Paid time off Compensation package: Commission pays Responsibilities Develop new business in the market and strengthen existing customer relationships and have ability to successfully close business transactions and achieve sales goals. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors Experience
