Backed by strong unit economics, experienced operators, and a proven playbook, we are looking for builders and operators who want to help scale a healthcare platform designed to deliver better care, better coordination, and better outcomes for seniors.About The RoleAs a Medical Assistant, you're the heart of every patient visit.From the moment a patient walks in, you set the tone, taking vitals, prepping them for their provider, and making sure they feel seen and cared for. All medical assistants are cross-trained across front office, back office, labs and referrals.You'll move between clinical and administrative work throughout the day: drawing blood, running EKGs, updating records, and coordinating follow-ups, keeping each visit flowing so providers can focus on care.This is hands-on, fast-paced, people-first work where your attention to detail directly shapes patient outcomes and experience. You'll report to the Center Manager, with room to take on more as we grow.Location: Hudson clinic (some local travel may be required to help cover other centers)Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pmWhat You'll DoOwn the patient visit, start to finishTake and record vitals, medical histories, and medication listsPrep patients for their exam so the provider can focus on careHandle the hands-on clinical workAdminister medications, injections, and treatments as directed by the providerDraw blood and run basic lab testsPerform EKGs and PFTsKeep records and scheduling tightDocument accurately in the EMR and keep patient records cleanCoordinate scheduling and follow-up appointments to keep care on trackAnswer patient questions promptly with concierge-level supportMove as one care teamPartner with providers and staff to create seamless patient experiencesPitch in to help cover other areas of the clinic when the team needs youBring a patient-first mindset while upholding our standards of careWhat Success Looks LikePatients are prepped and seen on time, with minimal waitRecords and documentation are accurate and complete before and after every visitStrong follow-up compliance that keeps patients on trackYou help sustain a clinic patient NPS of 90+Patient volume handled without dropping quality of careAbout YouYou bring:3+ years as a medical assistant, ideally in a primary care settingConfidence with vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and basic labsStrong communication skills that build trust with patients and teammatesThe ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinicComposure and professionalism when things get busyBring genuine warmth and a concierge-level approach to senior careA mindset grounded in our core values of Heart, Excellence, Accountability, Resilience, and TeamworkYou stand out if you:Are a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)Speak both English and SpanishTake ownership and look for ways to make the clinic run betterWhy You'll Love Working HereMake An Impact Every DayBe part of a mission-driven team transforming primary care for seniors.
