Delivery Truck Driver

We have a delivery truck driver opening in New Berlin, WI and are looking for the best to join our team. This is a physically demanding job with consistent heavy lifting in a non- climate controlled environment. Please only apply if you are comfortable working in those conditions. In this position you will : Provide deliveries to customers in a safe and timely manner while strictly following Amarr’s policies spelled out in the Driver Handbook (including pre-trip, inspections, log books , safe driving, etc.). Keep all drivers certification documents ready and available for display at all times . Assist in the completion of production orders in warehouse when not driving. Accurately load & unload customers. (Inspect for damaged materials). Unload and accurately receive incoming product . Requirements : Valid driver's license. Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience required (2+ years preferred). Minimum 1 year experience driving box trucks or similar. Warehouse duties performed in a non- climate controlled environment. Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines. Frequent stooping, bending, walking, carrying, and lifting (50-75 lbs.). Ability to meet and comply with DOT regulations. Successfully complete internal Driver Training Program Motor Vehicle report must meet Amarr’s s driver standards Must be 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent. The Details: This position is Monday - Friday from 7 :30 am – 4pm, however flexibility is required in case early or late deliveries are needed . The pay rate is $ 2 4-26 / hr based on experience .
