Benefits A safety-first culture and professional workplace Advancement opportunities - we promote from within Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401k retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Industry credential/license pay increases - we encourage and invest in your professional development Starting wages range between $25.00 - $35.00 based on experance and licensures Winters off Company provided uniforms, PPE, gear, and equipment Boot reimbursement up to $150 Access to training, continuing education programs, and a variety of resources provided by the Bartlett Tree Experts Research Laboratories in Charlotte, NC Responsibilities The Specialist’s daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Scheduling work Monitoring properties Performing routine applications Diagnosing and addressing turf disease and insect issues Meeting with residential and commercial clients Performing slice seeding, aeration, over-seeding and major turf care renovations Learns, understands, and adheres to all safety rules and company safety policies Candidate will have the opportunity to learn additional skills through working in our tree care, plant health care, and landscape departments during the off season Qualifications Valid Driver’s License required, CDL preferred Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License – we will pay for the cost of the exam and help you prepare!
