Business Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Analysis department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
- Consult with stakeholders to define business needs or problems
- Conduct research, studies, and surveys to gather data and analyze issues
- Evaluate business processes and develop strategies for optimization
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and implement improvements
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an MBA
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
