Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
\n
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
\n
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
\n
• 1+ years of experience required
\n
• Experience in LTC/SNF/TCU required
\n

Assignment Details

\n
• Schedule: M-F
\n
• Days per week: 5
\n
• Occasional weekend coverage as needed
\n
• Expected volume: 10-20 patients per day
\n
• May float to other facilities
\n

Location Highlights

Park Rapids offers access to outdoor recreation and small-town convenience in north-central Minnesota. It is home to the Heartland State Trail, a multi-use trail stretching more than 40 miles, and Itasca State Park, where visitors can see the headwaters of the Mississippi River about 25 miles away.
