Responsibilities Perform high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs. Recommend home care, treatment plans, and retail products to support client wellness. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, relaxing experience. Maintain treatment rooms and follow all spa operational and sanitation standards. Uphold the spa's core values and professional standards. Collaborate with the spa team to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Qualifications Active Michigan Massage Therapy License required. Previous experience in a professional spa or wellness environment preferred. Proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; training in Sports Massage and Reflexology is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable recommending treatments and retail products. Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Availability to work evenings and Saturdays is required.
