We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties and to foster a sense of community among our residents. As a Property Manager at Banyan Living, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall performance of the property, ensuring resident satisfaction, and meeting financial goals. Your role will involve managing a team, developing and implementing strategies to boost occupancy rates, and coordinating maintenance and repair efforts to uphold property standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing, showings, and lease signings Conduct regular inspections of the property and ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents Maintain budgets and financial records, including rent collection and expense tracking Cultivate a positive living environment through resident engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal property regulations Train and supervise on-site staff, providing ongoing support and guidance Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in property management software and general office software Knowledge of fair housing laws and property management regulations Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to lead a team and manage staff effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Join Banyan Living and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional living experiences and maintaining high-quality properties!
