The posted salary range represents the full pay range for this role across North America. Starting compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, (geographic) location, and business needs. Key Areas of Responsibility: Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively. Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory. Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls. Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations. Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity. Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible. Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution. Participate in virtual and hands‑on training programs provided by NCR Atleos. Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements. Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs. May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; managers will strive to communicate in advance whenever possible to minimize schedule disruptions. May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage; all travel follows established company policy and reimbursement guidelines. Basic Qualifications: Local candidate to the specific geographic area. Authorized to work in the United States. At least 19 years of age. Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements. PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity. Ability to perform essential job functions without reasonable accommodation, including: Prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day. Rotating and weekend shifts. Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements manipulating objects of various sizes. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software. A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification.
