The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting critical hiring objectives.What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned positions, from intake through offer stages.Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within applicant tracking systems.Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, hiring metrics, and pipeline activity.Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.Support offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment requirements as needed.Assist with recruiting projects, process improvements, and talent acquisition initiatives.Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and recruiting best practices.Ferretti Search is an award-winning Recruitment Firm specializing in Executive Recruiting and Staffing.
