We are a charitable organization that raises money for programs and organizations that support kids throughout the Sioux Empire. Our goal is to help as many organizations each year as we can with grant dollars and to use our facility for Fundraising events for all groups and organizations throughout the Sioux Empire and South Dakota.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage Daily Bingo Hall Operations
• Full cash Handling Responsibilities
• Complete daily bookwork and input results into tracking system
• Complete Daily Walk through of Facility to assure cleanliness standards are met
• Manage staff of 5-7 people
• Strong organizational Skills
• Assist with daily and weekly inventory of paper products
• Must be able to take your knowledge of the operations and assist with training and development of new team members
• Must be able to work independently
• Offer great guest service creating a fun environment for seasoned players and new players alike
• Must be able to be on your feet 4-5 hours at a time and work 8-10 hours per day if needed
• Be able to lift 30 pounds
• Just have flexible scheduling to be available to cover all sessions Monday – Sunday
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Must have great communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Must be willing to assist wherever in the hall that needs assistance
• Must be willing to learn all aspects of the bingo hall – Shift Management, cashier, gift shop, kitchen, floor sales, calling bingo
• Must have reliable transportation with insurance and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications and Education Requirements

HS or GED

Gaming or Bingo hall exp Preferred but not required
This Position may require minimal travel to assist with training off site locations around SD. This travel could be overnight.
