Protective Coatings Applicator — Build What Lasts

What you’ll do

Prepare diverse substrates — wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless, and more — for coating.
Apply coatings using brush-and-roll techniques across latex, oil-based, and epoxy systems.
Use color charts, fan decks, and labels to confirm exact color identification.
Safely operate lifts, ladders, and power tools during prep and application.
Utilize spray equipment knowledge when needed (experience with spray systems is a plus).

Schedule & pay

Starting Pay: $25/hr
Primary schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Role may also run regular hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays based on workload.

Must-haves

High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of commercial and industrial paint/coating application experience.
Reliable transportation; ability to flex to changing hours.
References are a plus, not required.

Skills & proficiencies

Equipment troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics.
Operation of industrial cleaning equipment.
General maintenance and repair capability.
Heavy material handling.
Industrial and commercial painting expertise.
Concrete installation and finishing knowledge.
Meets physical role requirements.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
