Café Manager

JOB TITLE: Café Manager Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the efficient day‑to‑day management of Café operations at our existing and future locations in NOVA and DC. Areas of responsibility include ensuring customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, cleanliness and sanitation standards, safety, staff training, scheduling, supervising, cost control, and inventory monitoring. Qualifications Positive, thoughtful and approachable Solid organization, planning, and time management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and the Google Drive Suite Demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving abilities Minimum five years working as a café or restaurant manager Food Safe Manager Certification Passion for Food and Commitment to Excellence Experience and skill in the field applied for Positive attitude and professional conduct Commitment to quality Physical ability to perform tasks Engaging personality and desire to provide excellent customer service Flexibility to work required hours Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team Excellent communication skills Self‑motivated; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Reliable, consistent, and dedicated Ability to follow verbal and written instruction Ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks Legal right to work in the United States Ability to lift 25 lbs.
