Overview We’re looking for a Part‑Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access to it. What you’ll do Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed Seamlessly conduct video call sessions with patients, manage cases, create treatment plans, and submit your clinical documentation for each patient Free of insurance barriers, marketing budgets, administrative costs, and other expenses associated with private practice Practice from the comfort and safety of your own home, on your own time. Select your own schedule that works with your other personal or professional obligations Secure, HIPAA‑compliant communication and documentation Compensation

• 110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination – 45‑60 min)
• 30‑$85 per follow‑up session with an established patient, depending on the length of the session (Evaluation and Management – 10‑49 min)

About you Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Maryland and 2+ years prescribing experience Active DEA and individual NPI number Completed, signed CAQH application Reliable internet connection Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage of $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate Why Talkspace?
