We’re hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take ownership of our student user engagement and retention across North America. We’re looking for a sharp, hands‑on CRM specialist to own student engagement from first touchpoint to loyal advocate - building the scalable digital engine that powers every new college launch. This role sits at the heart of our US expansion. Your mission: build the scalable CRM engine that turns every new college sign‑up into an activated, engaged student – and make Housr a household name on campuses across the US. The welcome flows you design, the segments you build, and the campaigns you launch will directly drive user activation at scale as we onboard college after college. This role has it all You’ll own the full CRM lifecycle in HubSpot - from welcome flows and onboarding sequences to re‑engagement campaigns – with real autonomy to shape strategy. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, product, and operations, collaborating daily with our College Delivery team to tailor messaging for every new campus partner. You’re joining a brand students already love – and you’ll have the creative freedom to deepen that connection through perk‑partner newsletters, localized content, and smart segmentation. Every tactic you build will be designed to scale across dozens of college partnerships, so your impact compounds as Housr grows. What you’ll do Build & optimize workflows: Design, launch, and continuously improve automated welcome flows, lifecycle sequences, and re‑engagement campaigns in HubSpot to move students from sign‑up to active engagement. Segment & target: Create and maintain dynamic contact segments based on college, lifecycle stage, behavior, and preferences – ensuring every student receives the right message at the right time. Curate Perk‑Partner Newsletters: Develop and manage recurring newsletters that spotlight Housr’s perk partners, driving value for students and deepening brand affinity. Localise on a campus level: Partner closely with the College Delivery team to understand the unique culture, calendar, and needs of each college partner – then translate those nuances into tailored CRM tactics and content. Operationalise at scale: Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes so that every new college launch has a plug‑and‑play CRM strategy. Report & iterate: Own engagement dashboards, track key metrics (open rates, CTR, activation, retention), run A/B tests, and turn insights into action. Collaborate & build: Work alongside US and UK marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure CRM efforts align with broader growth goals. This is a sole‑contributor role with immense scope – perfect for someone who thrives on ownership and wants to build the engagement function from the ground up. What we’re looking for You have ~3–5 years of hands‑on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally with HubSpot (or an equivalent platform like Marketo or Braze). You have experience in higher education, student marketing, or a consumer brand targeting 18–24‑year‑olds – you understand how to speak to this audience authentically. You’re data‑driven and comfortable building dashboards, running A/B tests, and letting metrics guide your decisions. You can write compelling copy that sounds human, not corporate – from subject lines to full newsletter editions. You are aggressively curious – you dig into the data, ask the right questions, and never leave a campaign unoptimised.
