Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a contract position in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU) in San Antonio, TX. This is a travel assignment for an initial period of 13 weeks. The role is set in a dynamic hospital environment where nurses are required to float as per the Methodist Floating Policy.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - MSICU

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the MSICU
• Perform procedures such as chest tubes, tracheostomies, and intubations
• Utilize critical thinking skills in emergency situations
• Float to different units as required

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - MSICU

• Active TX RN License (Temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2-3 years of ICU experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification
• Experience with Meditech charting/order entry preferred
