Your Responsibilities in This Role

• Performing detailed patient evaluations, ordering essential diagnostic tests, and designing tailored care plans for individuals
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions collaboratively with physicians or autonomously, depending on credentialing
• Instructing patients and their families in preventive health, wellness practices, and effective disease management
• Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within your authorization
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic illness management
• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated, patient-first care
• Maintaining comprehensive and precise documentation within electronic health records (EHR)

Necessary Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to secure within 90 days)
