Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multiple Disciplines: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide thorough and inclusive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their loved ones effective therapy methods to encourage continuous progress outside the clinical environment
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and tailor treatment plans accordingly to ensure patients remain on their healing journey

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
