THE QUALITIES THAT SET YOU APART Strong knowledge in Quickbooks Online 3+ years of experience in a bookkeeping position Strong time management skills Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently A CLOSER LOOK AT YOUR FUTURE PART-TIME ROLE As our part-time Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily financial health of the business. You will process payroll, oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, perform reconciliations, maintain accurate records, and help ensure financial information remains organized and up to date.
