We are seeking a dedicated Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. Any RN experience will be considered for this opportunity — acute care experience is not required. This role offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k), along with opportunities for professional growth and Sign-on/Relocation.

Shift Options:

• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

About the Facility:

Top-performing 260+ bed hospital with 300+ physicians, offering:

• Advanced Primary Stroke Center
• Cancer Care Center
• Open-heart surgery & specialty services
• Main ER, Pediatric ER & Freestanding ERs

Qualifications needed:

• 1+ year RN experience required (Any RN Experience will be considered)
• An active Florida RN license or Compact State RN license is required.
• ADN or BSN required

Compensation & Perks

• Salary Range: $26.40 – $39.60/hr (based on experience)
• Shift Differential: $4.25 (Nights)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10K (Days) | $15K (Nights)
• Relocation: Case-by-case
