RCM Auditor, Dental

We are looking for a skilled RCM Auditor to join our team in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing and implementing revenue cycle management (RCM) processes, with a strong background in dentistry. Roles and Responsibility Conduct audits of RCM processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and financial data. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and denials. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in RCM operations. Provide training and support to staff on RCM policies and procedures. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in RCM operations. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing or a related field, preferably in the dental industry. Strong knowledge of RCM principles and practices, including coding, claims submission, and payment posting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with healthcare professionals at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
