Job Description Position: PEGA Developer Duration: 6-12 Months 12+ years of experience in IT application solution design, and development Expertise in commercial insurance Underwriting Systems supporting policy life cycle from intake to issuance. Expertise in implementing large scale enterprise application using PEGA products or custom-made development. Expertise in development of high performant and secure APIs Good understanding of commercial insurance industry trends and tools available in market to improve Underwriting System efficiency. Experience with enterprise application integration methodologies – queue based, API based, and file-based integrations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Expertise in development using Pega UX frameworks (Theme Cosmos) Experience / knowledge in Pega Constellation Responsibilities Lead the solution design and development of enterprise applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards. Create and maintain detailed design documents, including class structures, data models, and process flows.
