Job: Stylist Location: 4870 Golden Pkwy, Buford, GA 30518, USA Full-Time About the Job: Full or part‑time hair stylist position in a high‑volume salon with a flexible schedule and an established customer base. We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, and we pride ourselves on paying the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Our average effective wage last week was $32.06 per hour, and no employee earns less than $20.00 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a $300 signing bonus, free shears ($199 MSRP) for interviewees, and ongoing training (both virtual and hands‑on). Responsibilities: Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair. Listening to clients' needs to determine their preferences. Describe different hair care products and their benefits. Shampooing, cutting, and styling hair. Requirements: Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license. Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow‑dryers is helpful. Excellent interpersonal skills.
