Shop Manager

Recognized for fostering safe working conditions, utilizing the best equipment, and nurturing an enjoyable work culture, our client is seeking to hire a qualified Shop Manager for their growing operations! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager for heavy equipment and mechanics that work in demolition, excavation, underground utilities, roads/heavy highway, or water treatment construction projects. * Manage a team of Mechanics
* Coordinate and perform Warranty work
* Review invoices, budget, and labor WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * 3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager for Heavy Civil Equipment and Mechanics
* Experience working on Heavy Equipment used for Heavy Civil Construction
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Strong leadership and organization skills
* Mechanically inclined individuals WHAT YOU'LL EARN: * A base salary of $80,000-$140,000 based on your experience!
