Available Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Crowne Health Care is currently accepting applications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team specializing in geriatric care. We are looking for dependable, compassionate CNAs who take pride in providing quality care and creating a positive experience for our residents and their families. Successful candidates should be dedicated, accountable, flexible, and committed to working as part of a supportive care team. - High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Dependable and committed to providing quality resident care
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to each resident's individualized plan of care
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs
- Obtain and document vital signs as required
- Accurately document ADL care and services provided
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or behavior to the nurse
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other team members
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents and their families
