Conflicts Attorney

Fantastic opportunity for a qualified Conflicts Attorney to join an Am Law 100 firm that's a market leader in its specialist area.
This role is 100% remote although individuals must be based and barred in the state of California.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and clearing conflicts of interest for new client and matter intake across a fast-paced transactional practice
- Drafting conflict waivers, ethical wall memos, and client consent letters
- Consulting with attorney teams and the Office of General Counsel on complex engagement issues
- Advising on lateral attorney conflicts and restricted party screening
- Helping streamline business acceptance processes
- Staying ahead of ethics developments and jurisdictional rule changes across all office locations
Requirements
- J.D. and active bar admission in CA
- 2–5 years of transactional conflicts experience, ideally in a mid-to-large law firm
- InTapp experience a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a calm head under pressure
