Responsibilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure our neighbors in Greensburg have the protection they deserve.

Develop and grow a local client base by networking and establishing presence in the community.

Guide prospective clients through various coverage options to find plans that align with their personal financial goals.

Maintain accurate and detailed policy records to ensure seamless service for all existing accounts.

Participate in local events to represent The Atlantic District and connect with business owners and families.

Review existing policies annually to ensure coverage remains relevant as our clients' lives evolve.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty Insurance License.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy details clearly.

Dedication to building community relationships within the Greensburg area.

Demonstrable experience in sales or client-facing roles.

Reliable transportation for local client meetings.

Experience using industry-standard agency management systems.
