Quality Assurance Final Inspector — 2nd Shift
Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania 19380 — 100% onsite; local candidates only, no relocation
Environment: Precision, quality-driven manufacturing in a regulated medical-device environment
Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Final Inspector, you will serve as the final quality checkpoint before products reach customers. You will ensure that precision-machined medical-device components meet specifications and applicable quality standards before delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final inspections of precision-machined medical-device components
- Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements
- Identify scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface-finish defects, often under magnification
- Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
- Support the calibration and traceability of inspection equipment
- Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Experience with quality inspection, blueprint reading, measurement instruments, and defect detection under magnification
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, precision, and reliability
