Receptionist (Seasonal) 1st Shift
Location: Newcomerstown
Schedule: Monday-Friday plus every Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (9-hour shift with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Assignment: July 2026 - October 31, 2026
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
*Professional appearance required. Responsibilities: *Answer and direct all incoming phone calls promptly (all calls must be answered by the third ring).
*Greet visitors, log all guests into the visitor log book, and distribute visitor badges.
*Receive employee call-off messages and promptly forward them to the Human Resources Clerk.
*Take messages for hourly employees and forward them to the appropriate department supervisor.
*Assist with walk-in sales, including handling cash transactions, making change, recording sales, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
*Distribute employment applications and notify the Human Resources Clerk when applicants are ready for a brief interview.
*Assist with distributing payroll checks on Fridays as needed.
*Stock, Cash and carry items
*Perform additional office and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: *MUST be willing to work every Saturday
*Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.
*Confidentiality is a must.
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Dependable attendance is essential.
*Zero tolerance for absenteeism.
*Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
*Basic cash-handling experience is preferred.
